We calculate the baryon asymmetry value generated in Scalar Field Condensate (SCF) baryogenesis model obtained several inflationary scenarios and different reheating models. provide analysis of for more than 70 sets parameters SCF following scenarios, namely: new inflation, chaotic Starobinsky MSSM quintessential inflation. considered both cases efficient thermalization after inflation delayed thermalization. have found that SFC produces orders magnitude bigger observed one models: by Shafi Vilenkin, with high temperature simplest Shafi–Vilenkin model. Strong diluting mechanisms are needed these models to reduce resultant excess at low energies its observational today. a successful generation is possible Modified temperature, SUGRA, Quintessential
